Matt Rhodes

Matt Rhodes is a co-founder and CFO at Foundry, a company dedicated to enhancing customers' lives through brand growth, where responsibilities include overseeing mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting, integration, and capital raising functions. Previously, Rhodes founded T.O. Student Tutoring, a Conejo Valley-based tutoring service that catered to over 1,000 clients and provided employment for hundreds of high school tutors. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Private Equity at Ares Management Corporation, board member at the Student Federal Credit Union at the University of Pennsylvania, and positions in investment banking at FocalPoint Partners, LLC, and Hovde Financial. Rhodes holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance/Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated as valedictorian from Thousand Oaks High School.
