Clay joined Foundry Commercial in 2022 as a Project Manager in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. His primary responsibilities include industrial development pursuits for Foundry’s Development and Investment platform. With more than 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, Clay has extensive project management and development experience across the CRE product spectrum.
