Kevin Maddron is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Foundry Commercial since October 2018, Kevin has previously held significant positions such as Chief Investment Officer at Foster Senior Living and COO & CFO at CNL Healthcare Properties. Kevin’s career also includes serving as Senior Managing Director at CNL Financial Group and COO and CFO at Servant Healthcare Investments, LLC. With a foundational background as VP of Asset Management at CNL Retirement Corp., Kevin possesses a Master's degree in Accounting from UCF College of Business, which was attained between 1986 and 1992.
