Mark Lindenbaum

Mark Lindenbaum currently serves as the Managing Director of the Investment Advisory Group at Foundry Commercial, leading the Atlanta team in capital markets advisory focused on transactions throughout the southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets from 2012 to April 2024, specializing in development and value-add investment projects across various asset classes. Mark's experience includes roles in repositioning and development at Healey Weatherholtz Properties, where significant projects included the redevelopment of the award-winning Shops Around Lenox in Buckhead, and as a Financial Analyst at ACG Professionals, providing valuation and acquisition analysis for over $30 billion in assets. Mark's foundational career began at Equity One REIT and Telluride Real Estate Corp., where skills in retail site selection, financial analysis, and development consulting were honed. Mark is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
