Sarah Bruss

Sarah Bruss, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience. Sarah began their career in 2016 as a member of the Cologne City Council, where they were elected and served a four-year term. In this role, they were a part of the Personnel Committee and led the Public Safety Committee. In 2020, Sarah joined Foundry, where they held multiple roles. Sarah started as a Partner Success Manager and later transitioned to become the Director of People. As of now, they continue to work in the latter position.

Sarah Bruss, SHRM-CP pursued their education in Special Education and Teaching at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2002 to 2004.
