Ian Powell has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ian is currently working as the Chief Sales Officer at FOUNT, where they focus on Employee Experience (EX) Management through innovative software solutions. Previously, they served as the Managing Director and Head of Growth & Partnerships at TI People. Ian is also an Active Founding Member of The Top Percentile Collective (TPC), a selective network of elite sales professionals. Ian has been an Advisory Board Member at Talent Tech Labs since 2020. Prior to that, Ian worked at SAP as the Global Account Director, leading a team to drive success and establish strategic relationships with customers. Ian held the position of Managing Director of Sales & Marketing at CEB for nearly ten years and achieved the ranking as the top sales professional in the company. Ian's earlier experience includes roles as a Director of Sales and Marketing at CEB and a Financial Advisor Associate at AllianceBernstein.
Ian Powell earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Binghamton University, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
