Kathryn Martel is an experienced advisor currently with FOUNT since March 2022, focusing on Employee Experience Management through innovative software solutions. Since August 2018, Kathryn has also led the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative at TI People, enhancing workplace experiences for individuals. Prior roles include Account Planner at FCB Global, where Kathryn managed a Diversity and Inclusion initiative for the Jamaica Tourist Board, and Editor for Science Communication at Publicis, overseeing critical health-related publications. Additionally, Kathryn has contributed as a Holocaust Researcher at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and has been involved in grant proposal writing at Community Impact at Columbia University. With a background that includes working with HarperCollins Publishers and business development at Swarovski, Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University and a Certificat de Langue Française from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
