Traci Hailpern's work experience started in 2004 at InstallShield Software Corporation, where they served as a Marketing Manager, leading the marketing communications efforts for the company's installation product. Traci then moved on to Macrovision Corporation as a Brand Manager, responsible for the strategic brand direction of the company's software products and services.
In 2005, Traci became the Director of Marketing at FeedBurner, where they led the marketing communications, brand-building, and public relations efforts for the company. Traci played a crucial role in growing FeedBurner's customer base and eventually facilitated the company's acquisition by Google in 2007.
Following the acquisition, Traci joined Google as a Marketing Manager, managing communication programs for FeedBurner's publisher base and driving product adoption. Traci also assumed responsibility for the AdSense embedded marketing program, contributing to significant increases in publisher acquisitions.
Traci's career continued at CohesiveFT as the Director of Marketing, where they achieved notable results such as a substantial increase in attention for the company through new blog subscribers and Twitter followers. Traci also oversaw multiple product launches and marketing campaigns.
From 2009 to 2011, Traci served as the Senior Marketing Director at Firm58, a role in which they brought their expertise in marketing strategy and execution to the company.
Traci then joined BrightTag (now Signal) as the VP of Marketing from 2011 to 2013, contributing to the company's marketing efforts.
In 2013, Traci founded Scrappy Marketing for Startups, where they focused on providing marketing communications, brand strategy, and mentorship services to early-stage tech, B2B companies, and university spin-outs.
Most recently, Traci joined FOUNT Global, Inc. in 2022 as the VP of Marketing, leveraging their extensive experience to drive the company's marketing initiatives.
