Dr. Keith Owen

Dr. Keith Owen has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Superintendent of Schools for Fountain Fort Carson School District 8 since July 2015. Prior to this role, Dr. Owen worked at the Colorado Department of Education as Deputy Commissioner from July 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing various educational initiatives and policies.
