Tracy McLaughlin

Tracy McLaughlin is an experienced educator currently serving as a Science Teacher at Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as a Special Education Teacher focusing on Science and Math at Colorado Springs School District 11 from August 2019 to August 2021, and as a High School Special Education Teacher at PP BOCES/School of Excellence from August 2014 to August 2019. Tracy also has a background as a Mental Health Technician at Cedar Springs Behavioral Facility from January 2004 to August 2019. In addition to teaching, Tracy has been a Mary Kay Consultant since March 2018, providing personalized beauty and skincare services. Tracy holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary from Jones International University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
