Desmond Yates currently serves as an Application Administrator at Fountain Tire since July 2019, after progressing through roles such as Support Desk Analyst II and Support Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Analyst in Service Desk at Accurate Network Services Inc., and in various IT support roles at Chapman Tripp and Miller Thomson LLP. Desmond began the career in the technical field after obtaining a Computer Network Administrator certificate from NAIT in 2014, alongside earlier experience in diverse positions such as Plumbing Apprentice and Head Taekwondo Instructor.
