Joy Moyers

Joy Moyers currently serves as the Public Information Officer at Fountain Valley School District since November 2019. With extensive experience in educational administration and communication, Joy has held various leadership roles within the 4th District PTA, including Vice President of Communication, Membership, and Programs from July 2017 to June 2023. Previous positions include Enrichment Academy Administrator at Fountain Valley Schools Foundation and President of multiple PTAs, including Huntington Union Council PTA and Edison High School Foundation. Joy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Vanguard University of Southern California, and an ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in PR Innovation, Strategy & Management from the University of Southern California.
