Raghava Ram Ganta

Raghava Ram Ganta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Raghava Ram started their career in 2016 as a Technical Trainee at Larsen & Toubro, where they gained expertise in the practical application of the latest technology in infrastructure development, specifically in the Hyderabad Metro Rail project.

In 2017, they joined Fountane Inc. as a Core Team Member, where they played multiple key roles as a founding member. Raghava Ram was involved in establishing the organizational structure, HR policies, product roadmap, hiring, procurement, financial modeling, and interior designing of the office space.

During the same year, Raghava Ram also worked at Feast at Trucks LLP as a Director and Core Team Member. Raghava Ram introduced the concept of food truck festivals in Hyderabad, Pune, and Vizag. Raghava Ram drove outreach engagement for these festivals, resulting in a footfall of over 10,000 across the three cities. Additionally, they supported and mentored foodpreneurs in the food truck industry, resulting in the creation of more than 10 new foodpreneurs with significant daily average order values.

In 2018, they had a unique role at Royal Enfield as a biker, where they drove from Hyderabad to Kargil, showcasing their adventurous spirit.

Raghava Ram's most recent position is as a Senior Product Manager at Fountane Inc., which they have held since October 2021.

Raghava Ram Ganta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from GITAM Deemed University. Raghava Ram pursued this degree from 2013 to 2017.
