Joe Neely

Joseph Neely is currently serving as the Production Manager at Four Brothers Design + Build. Prior to this role, Neely worked as the Construction Project Manager at Rising Eagle Construction. Neely also has a background in the military, having served in the United States Air Force. Neely earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Building Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
