Stephen Miskell

Stephen Miskell, Ed.D. is currently serving as the Executive Director at Four County School Boards Association. Additionally, Stephen holds the position of Adjunct Lecturer at SUNY Geneseo and serves as a School Administrator at Jasp. Stephen obtained their Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Stephen also holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Education and Education, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Business Administration from SUNY Brockport.
