Rob Swannie

Rob Swannie is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in security, compliance, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of Security and Compliance at Four Hands since February 2024, Rob previously held the role of Sr. Director of IT at Oatly from July 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included the establishment and growth of a US Tech Hub and enhancing operational efficiency through technology integration. Prior to that, Rob was with Blue Buffalo Co, holding positions as Director of Infrastructure and Infrastructure Architect, successfully optimizing IT operations and improving service metrics. Rob's career began at Victorinox Swiss Army as Network Manager, achieving significant improvements in team performance and server efficiency, and earlier at Synexta Technologies as a Network Engineer. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Project Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
