John Doorty

John Doorty is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in user-centric documentation for software products, currently employed at Four J's Development Tools since January 2015. Previous roles include technical writing at Altobridge and Quantum Retail Technology, where John focused on topic-based documents and API documentation, respectively. As the founder and director of newdepts Ltd, John developed software solutions and maintained IT systems for various clients. Additionally, John has experience in technical support, education, and publishing, holding an MA in Creative Writing from Waterford Institute of Technology and several other degrees in computing and education.
