Lionel Fluck

Lionel Fluck is an experienced support engineer at Four J's Development Tools since October 2006, where responsibilities include supporting client software and providing solutions through direct customer communication. Previously, from August 2003 to July 2005, Lionel worked at CPAM Haguenau in roles involving IT infrastructure management for 300 workstations, hardware and software installations, and the internal development of management tools using PHP and MySQL. Educational qualifications include a BTS in IT, System Administration, and Development from Pôle formation CCI and a DUT in Documentation, Information-Communication from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III).
