The Board Governance team at Four Oaks Family and Children’s Services is responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring effective management and accountability. This team, comprised of the Chair, Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Secretary, develops governance policies, monitors organizational performance, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards, all while fostering a mission-driven culture that supports children and families in achieving success.
