Remko Berkhout is a seasoned executive leadership coach and strategy consultant with a diverse portfolio of roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at Evolution and an executive leadership coach at Google and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Berkhout specializes in team and leadership development. Additional roles include coaching and facilitating for organizations such as RED NOSES International during a significant leadership transition, leading the Leadership Growth Initiative for Greenpeace, and serving as a facilitator and coach for the Executive Leadership Team at LIGHT FOR THE WORLD. Berkhout holds multiple qualifications in coaching and facilitation, including certifications from Integral Coaching Canada and The Leadership Circle, as well as an MSc in Sociology and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
