Christopher Cassaro

Christopher Cassaro is a QC sensory chemist at Four Roses Distillery, where employment has been ongoing since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Analytical Architect at Flavorman from September 2019 to April 2021, and as a Distillery Intern at Moonshine University from May 2019 to August 2019. Christopher's career began in the retail sector as an employee at Brownboro Hardware and Paint from June 2016 to May 2019, and earlier as a line cook at Shiraz Mediterranean Grill from March 2011 to July 2015. Additionally, Christopher volunteered at the Louisville Zoo from August 2009 to March 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bellarmine University, completed in 2019, and previous studies at the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2015.
