Four Roses Distillery
Hiro Otani has extensive work experience in the beverage industry, primarily with Kirin Holdings and its affiliated companies. Hiro started their career in 1997 as Deputy Manager of Malting at Kirin Brewery and later took on the role of Technical Director at Kirin Australia in 2001. In 2005, they became Deputy Manager of Brewing at Kirin Brewery. Otani then moved to Kirin Holdings Singapore in 2011 as General Manager of Corporate Planning before transitioning to Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Kirin Holdings in 2015. From 2019 to 2023, they served as Senior Manager of Strategy Planning at Kirin Beverage Company, Limited. Currently, Otani holds the position of President & CEO at Four Roses Distillery starting in 2023.
Hiro Otani completed their Master's degree in Plant Molecular Biology at Kyoto University from 1991 to 1997.
