Kyle Barnette

Kyle Barnette currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at Four Roses Distillery since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Lexmark, where responsibilities encompassed managing full-cycle recruiting, coordinating onboarding, and leading early career programs. Previously, Kyle held roles as Account Recruiting Manager at TEKsystems and Aerotek, focusing on recruiting and business development in technical staffing. Early career experience includes a position as a School Psychologist with Scott County/Powell County Schools, where evaluation and data management were critical. Academic credentials include a Specialist Degree and Master of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Centre College.
