Nick Hayden

Nick Hayden has extensive experience in sales operations, ticket management, and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving in Sales Order Management at Four Roses Distillery since August 2022, Nick coordinates sales orders, manages inventory control, and oversees logistics. Prior to this, Nick was involved in sales operations at Big Ass Fans, handling order processing for major retail partners. Nick's tenure at the University of Kentucky Athletics included roles as Assistant Ticket Manager and Ticket Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing over 20,000 ticket holders and enhancing customer service and retention through the Archtics ticketing system. Earlier career roles included customer service analysis at Western & Southern Financial Group and an internship at Family Financial Partners Inc. Nick holds a Master of Science in Recreation and Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Kentucky.
