Aaron Patterson is a seasoned professional in the fitness and wellness industries, currently serving as the Marketing and Social Media Content Manager at Human Kinetics since August 2022. With extensive experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach, Aaron has designed individualized training programs for clients across various age groups and fitness levels at Four Seasons Health Club and The PIT Strength and Conditioning Center. Additional roles include Strength and Conditioning Coach for Schlarman Academy High School's varsity volleyball team and NSCA-CPT Strength and Conditioning Coach at AP Sports Performance. Aaron's background also encompasses sports writing and marketing, having contributed significantly to the coverage of regional sports events and the book production process. Aaron holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Key areas of focus include athletic performance, strength training, and weight loss.

Four Seasons Health Club is a not-for-profit fitness association located in Bloomington, IL. Since 1965, Four Seasons has offered a family oriented atmosphere that provides social, physical and recreational opportunities for our members. We offer discounted rates for Corporate Sponsors, though we welcome all members of the Bloomington-Normal community to join. Now 50 years later, we pride ourselves on our ability to help members meet their health and wellness goals with our state-of-the-art equipment, energetic programs, helpful amenities and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. We provide members with perks that can’t be matched at any other Bloomington facility including over 140 weekly Group Fitness classes, group swim lessons, childcare and more at no extra cost. For several years, Four Seasons has been chosen by the community residents as the Pantagraph’s “Readers’ Choice Award” making us the club of choice in the community and to over 21,000 members.
