Ahmed Karam

Ahmed Karam has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since July 2015. Throughout the career at Four Seasons, roles have included Front Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, Reservations Manager, and various positions within the rooms division. Prior to this, Ahmed worked with Xceed - Du UAE as a Training and Coaching Manager and supported customer service for the international account "DU" EITC. Initial experience in the industry began with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Receptionist. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, alongside additional educational development in voice track from Cairo University.
