Ali Baqer

Ali Baqer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since December 2014. Prior roles within the company include People and Culture Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Previous experience includes a position in administration at Lavazza Group from 2009 to 2014. Ali Baqer holds CIPD Qualifications, obtained between January 2022 and January 2023, and earned an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bahrain, along with an Associate's degree from the same institution and a secondary degree from The Indian School, Bahrain.
