Ashley Poland

Ashley Poland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 2020 to October 2024, Ashley served as both Director of People and Culture and Assistant Director of People & Culture, overseeing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Prior to this, Ashley was an Elementary School Teacher with Teach For America, where significant improvements in student performance in English Language Arts and Math were achieved. Ashley's early career included roles in public relations, including a Public Relations Intern position at Anderson Group Public Relations and a Website Coordinator role at Ross Kenseth Racing. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Clemson University and has furthered education at Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
