Cassondra Fonseca

Cassondra Fonseca, P.Eng., CRISC, currently serves as the Director of IT and Cybersecurity GRC at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since April 2025, with extensive experience in cybersecurity governance and risk management. As the Founder and President of Camp Engies, a Not-For-Profit Organization established in June 2018, Cassondra promotes engineering education for girls in grades five through eight, successfully educating hundreds of campers across Canada. Previously, Cassondra held senior roles at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, overseeing Cybersecurity GRC and Security Engineering, and spent over a decade at Hydro One, where responsibilities included managing the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program and leading multiple engineering projects. An alumna of Queen's University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, Cassondra combines technical expertise with a commitment to fostering inclusive environments in the engineering field.
