Dion Durdle

Dion Durdle, CRSP, currently serves as the Global Director of Health and Safety at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2022. With extensive experience in health and safety leadership, Dion has held various roles including Director of Health, Safety, and Learning Excellence at Purolator Inc., where contributions included the consolidation and redesign of onboarding documentation for significant employee influxes. Previous positions include Deputy Project Manager at Northern Group of Companies, HSEQ / Information Systems Manager, and HSEQ Manager at Maderra Engineering Inc., and Senior Training Advisor at ExxonMobil Rasgas Inc. Academic credentials include a Masters of Project Management and a Masters of Management with a specialization in Leadership from the University of Southern Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Post Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
