Efren Avila has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since December 2014. Prior roles at the same company include People and Culture Manager, Supervisor, and Coordinator, as well as a Laundry Supervisor and Housekeeping Coordinator.
