Flaviana L.

Flaviana L. serves as the Regional Director of People and Culture for EMEA at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a role held since November 2013 that involves overseeing eight hotels in the region, including the Four Seasons Hotel Milan. Flaviana's responsibilities also include managing the transition of Hotel Danieli Venice starting in 2023. Prior to this position, Flaviana was the Regional Director of Human Resources EMEA at Four Seasons, responsible for seven hotels during openings and operations. Flaviana's experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Armani Hotel Milano and in various HR roles at Armani Hotel Dubai, The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, and Bulgari Hotel Milano. Flaviana holds a Master's degree in Tourism Hospitality Management from MIB Trieste School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi della Basilicata.
