Gonzalo Martinez Bueno is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management across prestigious hotel brands. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since March 2024, Gonzalo previously held the same title at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail and Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Center, where responsibilities included developing Food and Beverage departments, managing pre-opening projects, and overseeing financial operations. Notable achievements include the successful launch of multiple renowned restaurants and lounges, as well as significant contributions to Qatar 2022 World Cup strategy development. Gonzalo has also held managerial positions at Peyote Restaurants, Zaya Nurai Island, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, demonstrating a strong track record in recruitment, training, and maintaining high service standards in diverse culinary environments.
