Heather Owen-Robinson

Heather Owen-Robinson has extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since November 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, managing diversity and inclusion programs, and facilitating employee relations and recognition initiatives. Previous positions held at Four Seasons include Learning & Development Manager and People and Culture Manager. Heather has also held various roles in guest services and administration in other organizations, including National Aquarium and State University of New York at Oswego, where Heather developed skills in employee training, organizational support, and event planning. Heather earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from State University of New York at Oswego.
