Jeff's career includes roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Best Western International, Starbucks, and McDonald's, where skills in customer service, operations management, and inventory control were developed. Jeff holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph.
