Jenever Springer

Jenever Springer, MMA, serves as the Director of Finance Analytics at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this, Jenever held the role of Senior Technology Officer at BMO Financial Group from March 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included SAP business analysis and automation. Jenever also contributed significantly to ICONOMICS Inc. as a Principal Consultant from February 2013 to March 2020, focusing on designing technical solutions to support business processes. Jenever's extensive experience at BMO Financial Group spans over a decade, with various positions that involved leading cross-functional teams in financial reporting and analytics, for which Jenever received the "Best of the Best" award in 2012. Jenever holds a Master's degree in Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
