Jennie Li

Jennie Li currently serves as the Director of the Office of the CEO at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jennie gained extensive experience at Bain & Company from October 2020 to June 2025, progressing from Consultant to Manager and finally to Senior Manager. Jennie's career also includes a brief stint as an Associate in Global Markets at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. in 2020, and a Summer Associate position at Bain & Company in 2019. Earlier experience encompasses project management roles at McMillan LLP and Sun Life, where Jennie held several positions, including Manager of BPMO and Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, an International BBA in Marketing and Accounting from Schulich School of Business - York University, and an exchange program focused on Strategic Management from The University of Hong Kong.
