Joseph Hodnette

Joseph Hodnette, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Area Director of People & Culture for the Americas West at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a position held since February 2011. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple high-profile properties, Joseph has excelled in various roles including Regional Director overseeing several Four Seasons locations and Senior Director of People & Culture for the San Francisco properties. Previous experience includes significant positions at Capella Hotel Group, where oversight included opening new hotels and managing HR functions in diverse locations. Joseph holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Auburn University.
