Kyle Novak

Kyle Novak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Leadership Development at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since May 2023, Kyle previously held the position of Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Integration at Sobeys from September 2022 to May 2023. From June 2012 to April 2022, Kyle was Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Rogers Communications, where responsibilities included supporting a team of coaches, designing leadership development experiences, and addressing cultural priorities. Earlier roles at Herman Miller involved various positions in organization development and marketing. Kyle holds an MBA with a Consulting Major and Specialization in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Marketing Diploma from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from the University of Toronto.
