Melissa Rose, CSM®, currently serves as the Director of Hotel Digital - IT Operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a position held since May 2012. In this role, Melissa has successfully launched multi-channel mobile Guest Chat and a concierge-powered mobile itinerary, improving customer engagement and app adoption. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Global Learning and Mobile Systems and Business Analyst within the Information Technology department, where Melissa focused on user experience and market analysis. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for 347 Sorauren and Lead Designer for UX at edCetra Training, where contributions to marketing initiatives significantly increased website traffic. Melissa holds a degree from Ryerson University and graduated from Unionville High School.
