Raquel Landaeta

Raquel Landaeta is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2021, Raquel has previously held key positions such as Assistant Director of People and Culture at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and various roles at Marriott International, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Recruiter. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, completing the degree in December 2013.
