Samantha Thiel

Samantha Thiel currently serves as Director in the Office of the CEO at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Samantha held multiple leadership roles at CPP Investments, overseeing the Alpha Generation Lab and Innovation from July 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, Samantha was Client Solutions Lead at Valence, focusing on enterprise-scale SaaS contracts, and worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, addressing strategic challenges in retail and consumer sectors. Early career experiences include positions at Deloitte and StrategyCorp Inc. Samantha holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, a degree from Princeton University, and completed a semester at the University of Oxford. The educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Toronto French School.
