Madison Christie-Hamre has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Madison started their career at the Student Design Committee in 2014, where they worked as a Presenter/Designer. Madison demonstrated their ability to unite conflicting ideas and create a cohesive design.

In 2014, Madison co-founded Clay Club, a club for students to work on their ceramics skills. Madison helped increase eligibility and awareness by conducting a live demonstration during an art show.

In 2017, they interned as a Social Media Intern at Philanthropy for America, where they generated a stronger social media presence and created their own campaigns.

At SEEK (Social Enterprise Engagement at Kelley), they held multiple roles from 2017 to 2019. As the President, they oversaw team-based initiatives and managed 32 general members. As the Vice President of Community Outreach and Community Engagement, they organized case competitions, speaker events, and collaborated with potential corporations and professors. Madison was also a member of the Communications Initiative, responsible for advertising campaigns and planning events.

In 2018, Madison interned at Mearto, a start-up in Denmark specializing in online appraisals. Madison had the opportunity to interact with multiple start-ups and entrepreneurs.

In 2019, they had two internships. At Newell Brands, they worked as a Category Management Intern in the Washroom Division, gaining valuable insights into the commercial soap and sanitizer industry. At the Kelley Institute for Social Impact, they interned as a Marketing Intern, focusing on implementing a new marketing strategy and developing brand guidelines.

Madison'smost recent roles include working as a Marketing Campaign Manager and Facebook Campaign Coordinator at MuteSix from 2020 to 2022. Madison then joined Four Sigmatic as an Online Campaign Manager and is currently working as a Retention Marketing Manager.

Throughout their career, Madison has demonstrated their skills in marketing, campaign management, social media, event coordination, and team leadership. Madison'swork experience showcases a strong passion for socially-conscious work and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Madison Christie-Hamre attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in Marketing and a concentration in Digital & Social Media Business Applications. In October 2019, they obtained an Academy Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy, and in December 2019, they acquired a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
