The Operations & Service Team at Four Star Freightliner is responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery across all dealership and service center locations. This team manages daily operations, oversees service and warranty activities, and coordinates with various managers to maintain optimal service standards. They aim to maximize uptime for customers by leveraging extended operating hours, including Saturday service and a 24-hour Mobile Fleet Service, ensuring timely and effective support for all Freightliner, FUSO, and Western Star brand trucks.
