Sean DiGioia is the co-founder of Four Star Mushrooms, a Controlled Environment Agriculture company with a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems. Sean has past experience working in credit products groups at PNC and as a credit analyst at CIT. Additionally, Sean has worked as a branding consultant at Jack Nadel International. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Four Star Mushrooms is a controlled environment agriculture company that believes that mushrooms can help save the world. Four Star Mushrooms' purpose is to create more sustainable and equitable food and ecological systems by revolutionizing the cultivation of rare, unique, and nutrient-dense mushrooms and utilizing mycelium as a catalyst to remediate soil and restore ecosystems. Our vision is that of a future where food is grown sustainably in and around urban centers, allowing our native ecosystems to become strongholds of biological diversity, sustainable food production, and carbon sequestration to mitigate the negative effects of climate change.
