Laura Constantino

Laura Constantino serves as the Principal - GIS/Engineering Manager at Four Waters Engineering, Inc. since April 2015, bringing extensive experience in hydraulic water and sewer models for capital improvement plans and system deficiencies. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Engineering Associate/GIS Analyst at Applied Technology and Management, Inc. from October 2007 to April 2015, where responsibilities included diverse GIS disciplines such as thematic mapping and data validation. Laura began the career as an Engineering Intern at England-Thims & Miller, Inc., providing support for civil design and stormwater management systems. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Florida State University.
