Rachel Perley

Rachel Perley is an Associate Engineer at Four Waters Engineering, Inc. since December 2022, with a background in water management from St. Johns River Water Management District, where Rachel held multiple roles from Engineer I to Engineer III between April 2019 and December 2022. Responsibilities included reviewing construction plans, conducting pre-application meetings, assisting the public with permitting questions, and ensuring compliance with District rules. Prior experience also includes roles at Donald L. Tucker Civic Center as Box Office Staff and an Environmental Intern at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida State University, completed in 2018.
