Steve Ducharme

Steve Ducharme is a seasoned CAD Manager with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving at Four Waters Engineering, Inc. since April 2015, Steve demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcMap, and related environmental and civil design software. Previously, Steve held the position of CAD Manager at Applied Technology & Management from October 1998 to April 2015, where responsibilities evolved from drafting to comprehensive management, focusing on training, budgeting, and maintaining workflow standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a CAD Technician at Burns & McDonnell and Secor Environmental Engineers, and as a CAD Draftsman at Truevance. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of North Florida.
