Mark Jaster

Mark Jaster is the founder and CEO of Four18 Intelligence. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the fields of business strategy, technology, and product development.

Mark's previous company, The Crossover Group LLC, was a management consulting firm that they founded in 2006. The company was acquired by Cap-Gemini Consulting in 2011.

Prior to that, Mark was the Director of Product Development at c2it.com, an online bill payment service launched by Citibank in 2001. Mark also served as VP of CRM Strategy and Portfolio Marketing at BankOne from 1999 to 2001.

Mark began their career at GE Healthcare, where they held various positions including Manager of the Hubble Space Telescope Program, before moving to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 1990.

Mark Jaster has a MSE from Stanford University in Engineering Design & Management and a BSE from Duke University in Biomedical Engineering.
