Dominic Day

Dominic Day is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both sports and business. As Co-Founder and Head of Sales at fourfiveuk since January 2019, Dominic is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through effective supplementation, drawing on insights gained from a 15-year professional sports career. Dominic also serves as a Director at Haydart, involved in property investment since February 2017. A retired rugby player, Dominic played for notable teams including Saracens RFC, where 40 games were played, and achieved a milestone of 100 English Premiership games. Dominic's rugby career also includes stints with the Melbourne Rebels, Toyota Motor Corporation, Bath Rugby, and Parc y Scarlets. Dominic holds a BSc in Sports Coaching from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
